This cider obtained exclusively from cider apples of Brittany region, is the result of ancestral methods of work wich guarantee its quality. Harvested by hand, local varieties used are called  « Marine Auffret », « Doux et riche », « Rouget », « Doux Oignon », « Marie Ménard », « Dous Moën ». It is in the marriage of their caracters that Le P’tit Fausset finds its roots.  Th e sorted and washed fruits are crushed and pressed, the juice then enters a long fermentation stage where it develops a range of fine and delicate aromas.

Le P’tit Fausset Brut (dry) and Moelleux (soft) is available in bottles of 75cl, 37.5cl and 1.5L magnum bottles.
